Users who correspond to any of following issues shall be prohibited to use the Facility or withdrawn from the Facility in accordance with the Company’s decree.

• 1.　Member of antisocial communities including but not limited to any violence organizations and terrorist groups.
• 2.　Member who have diseases stated on Infectious Disease Law or those suspected of being infected with them.
• 3.　Member under the influence of alcohol.
• 4.　Member who can not control excretion.
• 5.　Member with unhealthy symptom.
• 6.　Member with dangerous materials, firearms and knives.
• 7.　Member recognized as nuisance to other member and staffs.
• 8.　Member who cannot follow instructions from staffs without any reasons.
• 9.　Member who cannot comply with the Facility’s rules and precautions.
• 10. Member recognized that he or she cannot use the Facility normally by staff.

• 1.　The Company shall deny any responsibility toward the matter of any theft and loss claimed by users in the Facility, provided, however, that there are serious faults or intents by the Company or users are applicable to the Consumer stated on Consumer Contract Act.
• 2.　In case the Company accepts liability for damages stated on preceding clause, the Company shall accepts the total amounts the user paid based on Terms of Website Membership as the maximum liability, provided, however, that the users are applicable to the Consumer stated on Consumer Contract Act and there are serious faults or intents by the Company.

The Company shall set holidays stated separately. As well as regular holidays, the Company shall limit availability of the Facility or close its business for the following reasons.

• 1.　Typhoon, snow or any other abnormal climate; earthquake, fire, or any other disasters; accident in the neighborhood; any other incidents that makes the Company to execute normal operation.
• 2.　Reconstruction or repair work of the Facility.
• 3.　Revision or abolition of related act, administrative advice, or any other change in social condition that influence to operation.
• 4.　Any important reasons from management or administrative aspect.
• 5.　Any other unavoidable circumstances for the Company and the Facility.
