DoubleBlue will introduce “3D Secure 2.0”*, an identity authentication service that provides a high level of security for credit card transactions, on April 1st to ensure the safety and security of our customers.
“3D Secure 2.0” is a system that verifies the identity of credit card users and prevents unauthorized use. This system makes online credit card transactions more secure.
When installing the system, you may be asked to respond to the identification verification from your credit card company or to re-register your card.
The method of authentication differs depending on the credit card company. Please check with your card issuer for details.

“3D Secure” will be mandated by the Ministry of Industry and Trade from April 2025.
